Update

So about April 22, I measured my body plus weighed myself. I got this.
Hips-48 1/2"
Arms-13"
Thighs-26"
Breasts-46"
Chest-37 1/2"
Waist-45
Weight-203
Then I measured my self again today and got.
 Hips-47 1/2"
Arms-14"
Thighs-27"
Beasts-45"
Chest-39"
Waist-45"
Weight-204
I've been working out for the last 10 weeks doing body pump class or step class. I haven't really seen any change in my body but I've had more energy and been mowing the yard and this week I've been eating better. So we'll see what happens.

Bad week

I havent worked out all week. I felt that I deserved a day off on Sunday and then Monday the kids had off from school so I forgot to workout and then the whole week went by and I never worked out again. I need to get back on track on Monday and work out.

I am the same as I was last year. I weigh and measure all about the same. its one lb off or 1/2 and inch off.
Weight: 191
Waist: 42 1/2
Hips: 48
Bust: 44 1/2
chest: 37
thigh: 26 1/2
arm: 14
70LBS still to lose.

A normal BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 Mine is 36.
My previous update was pretty much the same but it was HERE.

FInally Worked Out Again!!!

I have no idea how long it has been since I worked out or even how long its been since I wanted to but I did tonight. I did my favorite 20 min work out With Bess Moto and of coarse I couldn't even do it all but I don't think I ever have been able to jog or do all the jumping jacks. But whatever. I can mark my calender today that I worked out!!!!!!

I don't even know what I weigh I should have written it down when I did the wellness thing for Jason's work but I didn't I think it was 195 and I need to get down to like 110??? So I only need to lose? what? 85lbs? gee that's easy? ya right I have been giving up ice cream and soda for chips and salsa and only 2 scoops of ice cream every other night instead of 4 scoops every night. Good for me right?

The sad thing is that my aunt Missy made me want to again and she's not even here to tell that too... Anyway...
